Christ Church Unity invites the public to a free concert involving a historic organ known as E & GG Hook Opus 307 on May 11, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. Donations will be accepted for the Organ Fund. The concert will feature Brian Jones, Emeritus Director of Music and Organist at Trinity Church, Boston, and James Busby, Organist and Choirmaster at St. Stephen’s Church in Providence, RI. Their biographies are attached below.

What are Unity's basic teachings?
DonationsWe encourage people to explore and apply Unity teachings based on their own spiritual understanding. We believe this spiritual understanding is enhanced through reflective prayer and meditation. The five basic ideas that make up the Unity belief system are:
God is good and everywhere present.
The spirit of God lives within each person, therefore, all people are inherently good.
We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.
There is power in affirmative prayer, which we believe increases our connection to God.
Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough. We must live them.
